HR Manager (part-time)
Our client, a leading social care charity based in Newcastle with several sites across Tyne & Wear employing 350 staff, is seeking to appoint an HR Manager to manage all aspects of HR to support the charity in delivering all its people related processes.
Your specific responsibilities as HR Manager will include:
* Maintaining good practice, adhering to regulatory and legal requirements
* Managing and mentoring two HR Co-ordinators
* Working closely with the IT Lead on the digital HR information system
* Leading on employee engagement, L&D, health & wellbeing and workplace culture
* Taking overall responsibility for absence management processes and practices
* Overseeing recruitment
* Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
* Managing employee relations, including terms & conditions, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and redundancie...
