Purpose of the Position

To provide specialized support in learning administration processes within the HR function (Spa – Eng – Por), resolving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and deeper policy interpretation. The role focuses on administrative and transactional tasks related to learning, within the scope of People Services.

Responsibilities

• Handles general inquiries, telephone calls and e‑mail queries into the HR SSC – act as first filter, supported by answers to predefined questions
