Lead HR initiatives for Green Infrastructure Partners as Regional Director in Eastern Canada. Focus on employee relations and strategic HR practices that drive success.
As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will report to the Vice President HR Business Advisory. This role is essential for providing strategic direction in HR business partnerships while guiding a dedicated HR team. Partner closely with Operations to ensure best practices in employee relations, talent planning, and leadership development.
