International automotive manufacturing company with more than 40 years of industry experience, located in Apodaca, Mexico, with a workforce of 300 employees, seeks a senior HR Lead to oversee the full Human Resources function at the plant level.

• Lead the overall Human Resources operation at the plant, ensuring alignment between HR goals and business needs and reporting directly to the organization’s strategic leadership and director.
• Manage and supervise a team of 5 HR professionals across Labor Relations, Payroll, Organizational Development, Training, and Recruitment.
• Ensure efficient administration of the department’s human and financial resources.
