HR Internal Communication and I&D Analyst

What you’ll do:

Job Summary – Responsible for assisting the HR team in all activities related to HR and Internal Communication and execute I&D. Responsible for internal and external communication process for the organization supporting employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support organizational goals, culture, and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives.
• Create and manage communication campaigns, materials, and content across multiple channels to increase employee awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all organizational communications align with company branding standards and promote inclusive language and messaging.
• Coordinate and support Inclusion & Diversity programs, events, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
