We're partnering with a scaling tech company to hire a sharp, solutions‑driven HR Generalist who can own employee relations, benefits, compliance, and culture‑building. You’ll be the trusted partner employees and managers rely on—balancing empathy with professionalism, solving problems before they arise, and strengthening company culture.

To be successful in this role you must have experience of US employment laws.

What You’ll Own

  • Employee Relations — Serve as a go‑to resource for employees and managers; guide policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance conversations, and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Benefits Administration — Manage global benefits programs, 401(k) processes, open enrollment, vendor coordination, billing reconciliation, and qualifying life events.
  • Compliance Management — Ensure adherence to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and multi‑state regulations.
