HR Generalist: Payroll, Compliance & Onboarding

Cloud9 is seeking an HR Generalist to support various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role is essential in creating a strong employee experience and supports growth within the company.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years of HR experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and be familiar with Colombian labor regulations. You will work closely with leadership and employees, making a meaningful impact from day one.
