Opportunity Description
Within our new state-of-the-art 600-person manufacturing facility in Lubbock, Leprino is seeking an HR Generalist II to support our people, leaders, and operations as we continue to grow our cheese and dairy ingredients business. This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure day-to-day HR support, compliance, and workforce needs are handled effectively, consistently, and with care.
What Youll Do:
+ Serve as a primary HR partner for plant leaders and employees, providing consistent, practical guidance across day-to-day people matters.
+ Lead low- to mid-level employee relations investigations, document findings, and partner with leadership on appropriate outcomes.
