HR Generalist

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory.

In this position, you will:

1. Payroll & Time Attendance

• Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to verify payroll data including attendance, OT, shift allowance, leave, deductions, and final settlements.
• Coordinate with Accounting Department to process monthly payroll accurately and on time for direct and indirect employees.
• Prepare payroll reports and support annual PIT finalization.
• Manage Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and statutory benefits including registration, adjustment, reconciliation, and employee claims (sick leave, maternity, o...
