HR Generalist (9 months contract)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & HR Operations Generalist to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR operations across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality HR shared services to employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers, coordinating virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing setup, and candidate travel arrangements.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities as needed.
• Screen résumés and candidates to assess minimum qualifications.
