HR Direct Advisor - Global Support & Growth

Tetra Pak is seeking an HR Direct Advisor to join our Americas HR Service Center. The role supports employees and managers across multiple countries in the Americas, ensuring efficient HR processes and positive employee experiences.

Based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil or Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico, you will operate within global HR standards and service levels. We value a strong customer mindset, fluency in English and/or Spanish, and experience with HR administrative processes.
