HR Deputy Manager

Mission  We are looking for an HR manager to lead the HR team and enhance the HR functions of our organization, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent, while fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.  Outcomes   In your first year with us, you will achieve the following:  Talent Acquisition: Fill open positions in an average of 90 days for senior positions (managers and above, consultant doctors) and 60 days for others.

Run a tight pipeline where candidates spend an average of 10 days.

Talent Retention: Reduce nursing staff turnover by 20% and non-nursing by 10%.

Employee Engagement: Increase employee engagement scores by 30% through strategic initiatives and feedback mechanisms within the first 12 months.
