Project Overview

VECTRA is a fast-growing, remote-first, sales-first international business solutions provider. To support global scaling, VECTRA is hiring an experienced HR Transformation Consultant for a 3-month assignment reporting directly to the CEO.


The mandate is to transition VECTRA's people operating model from reactive to structured, scalable, and performance-driven without introducing unnecessary corporate bureaucracy.


Scope of Work


The consultant will assess and optimize eight core pillars:

  • HR Operating Model: Define administrative vs. strategic HR functions; design a target model for a remote-first global business.

  • Associate Management: Standardize the full lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) for employees, contractors, and international consultants.
