Hr Connection Specialist (Monterrey)

As a People Services Specialist, you will support the delivery of HR services across multiple countries, contributing to positive employee experience and a highly efficient processes.
This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who can operate across different processes of the Employee Lifecycle.
This role provides planning and execution across core People Services areas including onboarding and offboarding, training delivery, employee relations, talent management, benefits, leave of absence, workforce and incentive compensation, HR compliance, and continuous process improvement.
