Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a 12-month Organization Structure Optimization initiative. This role will serve as a consultant and process lead, partnering with executive stakeholders, project managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to identify organizational inefficiencies, eliminate role duplication, and implement data-driven organizational improvements.
This position requires candidates who meet all of the listed qualifications and are comfortable interviewing and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Onsite requirements will vary based on project needs. Candidates must reside in the Bay Area.
