Human Resources Business Partner Onsite – 75 Eglinton Ave East, Toronto, Ontario

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible onsite HR partner and build trusted relationships with employees, leaders and corporate support teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing timely guidance to resolve workplace concerns / grievances and foster a fair, supportive, and compliant workplace culture.
• Work closely with local stakeholders, employees, managers, partner organization and others in the business unit to fully understand local needs and create targeted people support plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Specialists, Training and the HR Helpdesk team to resolve employee matters appropriately and efficiently.
• Support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.
