Hr business partner - shared services

This is a shared services role covering the compliance, systems, and people processes that keep HR running across multiple African countries. You'll also manage a small team, including the receptionist. We need someone who manages their own follow-through without being chased, leads a team without micromanaging, and finds that level of detail energising, not draining.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE Shared services operations - managing onboarding, status changes, and offboarding processes accurately across HQ and stores, and resolving issues before they escalation. SAGE and position management - creating and maintaining position numbers across all operating countries, linked correctly to payroll, HR, and Kronos data. Health & safety compliance across all countries of operation - updating policies, coordinating training, managing H&S committees, and tracking completion.
