Currently, more than 190 McDonald’s restaurants operate across Switzerland, run by 46 independent entrepreneurs (franchisees). To support our continued growth and strengthen our People Team based in Crissier, we are looking for a:
HR Business Partner (80-100%)
We are looking for an HR professional to join our People Team and serve as a trusted partner to franchisees, restaurant leadership teams, and internal stakeholders across German-speaking Switzerland. In this key role, you will contribute to the implementation of McDonald’s HR strategy, drive People initiatives, and help deliver an outstanding employee experience throughout the region.
