HR Assistant – Strategy Execution

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing HR strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee wellness programs.

  • Coordinate performance management reviews and leadership development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, transport regulations, and HSE standards.

  • Support HR data management, payroll coordination, and workforce planning.

  • Collaborate with fleet managers on driver recruitment, performance, and workforce deployment.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in logistics, petroleum, or fast-paced industries).
