Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll/Office Administrator to join our team at Georgia‑Pacific’s OSB facility in Englehart, Ontario. In this role you will support the day‑to‑day administration of key office functions, including payroll, onboarding, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bi‑weekly payroll support including auditing of timesheets and absence requests, completing and submitting payroll related documents such as spot bonus forms and P‑Pay submissions, ensuring payroll schedules are current.
  • Support external KGS Benefits and Payroll team.
  • Educate and assist mill employees in benefits and pension enrollment.
  • Submit KGS Benefits documentation and follow‑up as required.
  • Add and update employee information in our HRIS system(s).
  • Create reports from Payroll, HRIS, myHR and Genetec security systems.
