This is a term, hybrid role for approximately 14‑15 months, primarily remote within the Ottawa region, with occasional on‑site presence 1‑2 days per week. The role provides hands‑on HR support to leaders and employees, managing leave administration, accommodations, onboarding, and employee experience programs. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to deepen expertise in leave management, HR compliance, and employee experience within a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
