As an HR Advisor supporting the Latin America HR Hub in Guanajuato, Mexico, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. Your work will focus on managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries.
