Opportunity Description
You will join the experienced and high performing Workforce Administration Team in providing support to the broader HR function and the business as a whole.
- Liaising with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and employees regarding transactional changes
- Creating Contracts of Employment and other HR documentation
- Entering Contractual changes into SuccessFactors - the HRIS system
- Interpreting and administering complex remuneration changes
- Managing and responding to multiple employee queries via our Case Management system
- Driving continuous improvements identifying opportunities to reduce manual processing and improve team efficiency
- Previous use of an enterprise HRIS would be highly beneficial - SuccessFactors EC or SAP preferred, but other large ERP systems such as Oracle will be considered
