Housing and Facilities Administrator

Salary: $62,304 to $81,960 per year

Location: Fairview

Start Date: August 6, 2026

Qualifications

• College diploma in office administration or business administration
• Canadian Risk Management designation or willing to obtain
• One year as a leasing clerk, insurance clerk, property agent, or housing administrator
• Two (2) to Three (3) years of administrative experience
• A clean vulnerable sector criminal record check prior to commencement
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license
• A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
