JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring customer service, that all Hotel and Pool areas are kept clean.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Basic functions are to assist in hotel cleanliness in common areas and overall customer service.
• Removal and disposal of trash from common areas.
• Clean and check swimming pool, gym, and bathrooms.
• Clean hotel lobby, hotel halls; walls; empty trash cans; clean front entrance of hotel, vacuum administrative offices.
