Hotel Contract Manager – Palma de Mallorca So Holidays Spain is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Hotel Contract Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand our hotel portfolio across Spain and key destinations.
Negotiate FIT, allotment, and free-sale agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
Monitor hotel performance and market competitiveness.
Identify new business opportunities and support company growth.
Requirements Experience in hotel contracting within a Bedbank, OTA, DMC, Tour Operator, or Hotel Chain.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Fluent English required.
Spanish is a plus.
