Job Description

This is a position for a detailed oriented individual, able to multitask, work efficiently and deliver high level service in a fast paced work environment in a premier level brewery restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to the restaurant and kickstarting their dining experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in our products, brand, and local area.
• Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and organizing.
• Communicate to team members important information (section changes, out of stock items).
• Ensuring comfort of our guests by delivering timely, thoughtful and friendly customer service.
• Accurately taking reservations and keeping the restaurant floor organized while maximizing seating availability.
• Outstanding communication skills and great phone etiquette. ...
