Job Description
This is a position for a detailed oriented individual, able to multitask, work efficiently and deliver high level service in a fast paced work environment in a premier level brewery restaurant
Main Duties
- Welcoming guests to the restaurant and kickstarting their dining experience.
- Must be knowledgeable in our products, brand, and local area.
- Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing.
- Communicate to team members important information (section changes, out of stock items).
- Ensuring comfort of our guests by delivering timely, thoughtful and friendly customer service.
- Accurately taking reservations and keeping the restaurant floor organized while maximizing seating availability.
- Outstanding communication skills and great phone etiquette.
