Hospitality Training & Service Excellence Coach

Oude Werf Hotel & Stellenbosch Hotel is seeking a Hotel Trainer to join the centralised HR team in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on designing, delivering and facilitating training across all departments to drive service excellence and staff development. Reporting to the Head of HR and General Managers, you will implement annual training plans, conduct classroom and on-the-floor coaching, and develop SOPs while coordinating in-house training initiatives to ensure alignment with operational
