Join BC Housing as a Homelessness and Community Outreach Worker, enhancing lives by providing critical support for individuals facing homelessness. Your role will bridge gaps within the housing continuum.
Reporting to the Coordinated Access and Assessment Manager, you will be part of the HEART team dedicated to creating integrated support for vulnerable individuals. Training in social work or community resources will be essential as you guide clients through their housing challenges.
