Case 1

Location: Knoxville (37922)

Age: 7 year old male

Acuity: Vent/Trach/G-tube

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a-7p; Monday - Wednesday 7p-7a

Start Date: ASAP

Case 2

Location: Knoxville (37931)

Age: 3 month old female

Acuity: Vent/Trach/G-tube

Schedule: 7 nights 10p-6a; Tues, Thurs-Sun days 9a-4p

Start Date: ASAP

Case 3

Location: Powell

Age: Geriatric female

Acuity: vent/trach/g-tube

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 6p-6a
