Home Support Worker (OPSEU)-GTA (Temporary Part-Time Mixed Shift for 6 Months)

Provides in-home support and emergency response services to clients in the home support and assisted living environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate of an approved and recognized Personal Support Worker course in Ontario or equivalent.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certificate.
• Registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) preferred.
• Client‑centred care focus with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem‑solve and manage time.
• Ability to work independently as well as an active, positive team player.
• Computer literacy (MS Office); basic knowledge of Alayacare, Workday an asset.
• Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen result.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
