**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience

**Type:** Two-month contract

**Schedule:** 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday – Friday) with on call 1 weekend every four weeks

**Coverage Areas:** Atmore, Brewton, Evergreen, Monroeville

**Primary Responsibilities:**

· Field RN with Start of Care

· Recertification

· Discharge

· Resumption of Care visits and regular RN11 visits

**Qualifications:**

· Current RN License in Alabama

· Valid Driver’s License

· CPR Certification

· Experience in homecare

· OASIS experience
