Make a difference in the Southend community as a Holistic Health Coordinator with Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation Health Services. Utilize your expertise to assess community needs and provide critical therapeutic services.
This full-time, permanent role requires a University Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in holistic health. As the Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Health Director, Elders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement programs. Your focus will be on mental health and wellbeing, providing assessments and interventions tailored to community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess psychological, social, and emotional needs within the community
• Develop and implement therapeutic and training programs
• Provide intervention and after-care services for individuals and families
• Collaborate with community health service providers
• Ensure adherence to evidence-informed best practices
