Opportunity Description
Lead case management efforts within foster care as a dedicated Case Manager. Focus on building relationships, conducting reviews, and overseeing documentation in a full-time capacity.
This role emphasizes supporting foster youth and families in navigating their challenges through effective case management. You will organize monthly planning meetings, assess services provided in homes, and collaborate with the management team.
