Summary Backup Administration is responsible for managing and troubleshooting the Commvault Environment, ensuring regular backups, test restores, and health checks of Commvault servers.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide L2 Commvault support for managing the backup environment.
Ensure that performance standards are met and that production support services align with service level agreements.
Implement strategies to improve current processes and procedures while identifying cost reduction opportunities to enhance business operations.
Deliver tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide 24x7 rotational support with on-call availability. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Significant technical knowledge of various OS-related functionalities including, but not limited to, Backups, Restore, Disaster Recovery Management, and File System Management.
