Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Support Executive who is a great team player and passionate about the quality of their work. You will be responsible for supporting the evolution of our platform by managing cloud platforms, automating processes, and designing patterns. This position will partner with IT colleagues and assigned technical and business lines to meet accelerated business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience working in a support or IT role.
- Skilled with tools such as OpenShift4, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Load Balancer, Dynatrace, Elastic stack, Splunk, bash, python.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, such as creating helm charts, auto-scaling, managing, and debugging deployments.
