Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Bengaluru CTC: Up to 9 LPA Industry-Building Materials (Tiles) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Age Criteria: Maximum 35 Years About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with experience in the Building Materials industry, specifically Tiles. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and strengthening market presence across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market coverage. Drive secondary sales through effective channel management. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities. Ensure product visibility, availability, and brand promotion across the territory.
