Summary:
Performs clerical duties and technical skills associated with medical record scanning.
Responsibilities:
+ Performs document preparation, scanning and indexing of medical records, and audits results for image quality and accuracy.
+ Assembles and maintains complete medical records.
+ Scans medical records accurately and timely.
+ Validates accuracy of scanned documentation.
+ Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. M...
