High-Rise Maintenance Manager - Residential

As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor with Hines, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mechanical and technical support for the property with limited direct supervision. You will ensure the building and all areas in the property meet the Hines standard for appearance, safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides leadership and support to team members, ensuring each role has the tools and resources to meet and/or exceed their expectations. Promotes a collaborative, team work mindset.
