**What You Will Bring to the Team Your**:**Day-to-Day Activities**:- Provide day-to-day IT operational support- Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
- Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and projects where you are participating.
- Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.
- Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.
