Heavy Equipment Transit Technician (with CVIP) - Fleet

The Town of Banff is looking for Heavy Equipment Transit Technicians (HET) with sound experience and in‑the‑pit skills who will “Take Care of Banff” by ensuring our regional ROAM transit buses (including ICE, hybrid and electric) operate without interruption.

• $51.00 per hour – for a fully certified red seal heavy equipment technician (HET)

This position requires an Alberta‑journeyman (or equivalent red seal) and CVIP certification (or ability to acquire this certification within probation). The Town of Banff will also consider those currently completing an apprenticeship program with transit experience.
