Brandt Group of Companies is in search of a Technical Trainer in Mississauga, ON, specializing in heavy-duty service operations such as Paccar and Cummins. You will assess and address the educational needs of service technicians.
As the Technical Trainer, your role includes developing and implementing impactful training programs that advance technician expertise at Brandt’s various Transport dealerships. You will create instructional materials, ensure alignment with OEM metrics, and contribute to ongoing program improvements.
