In this role, you'll report to the Supervisor, Earthworks, and the Supervisor, Pit. You will operate heavy machinery—excavators, dozers, and loaders—to complete various construction tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Your expertise will significantly impact our mining operations and commitment to sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy mining equipment per site and manufacturer standards
• Handle topsoil, ore loading, and waste on site
• Support drilling and blasting activities as needed
• Maintain haul roads and construct mining facilities
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report on equipment conditions
