General Accountabilities

• Safely float off‑road equipment to specified locations across the Province of Ontario.
• Ensure the truck is loaded to maximize use of available space, with even distribution and a secure load.
• Perform routine inspection (circle‑check) to ensure proper condition of vehicle.
• Take direction from the scheduling department to fulfill floating and pole‑setting operations.
• Safely and efficiently deliver on time and keep in contact with the scheduling group for changes or completion.
• Stay with equipment as required to assist trade group.
• Obtain proper municipal or regional permits to haul equipment of different sizes and weights.
• Operate mechanical, electrical or hydraulic auxiliary equipment associated with the vehicle.
