Opportunity Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Safe & cost‑effective maintenance of heavy mobile equipment
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, haul trucks, and support equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and site requirements
- Conduct pre‑trip/walk‑around safety inspections and complete daily field level hazard assessments for all activities
- Complete maintenance reporting and other documentation as required
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members
- Lead in safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience preferred
- Journeyperson certification from a recognized training authority
