Heavy Duty Mechanic Foreperson (Maintenance)

Ledcor is hiring Maintenance Forepersons for upcoming major construction projects across Canada. We are seeking skilled tradespersons who are passionate about equipment reliability, safety, and quality workmanship.

You will work alongside knowledgeable supervisors and experienced crews who prioritize proper planning, clear communication, and a strong safety culture—so everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Heavy Duty Mechanics and Fuel & Lube Technicians
• Forecast, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance requirements… including managing unplanned and emergency repairs
