Essential Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Heavy Duty Mechanics and Fuel & Lube Technicians
• Forecast, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance requirements, including managing unplanned and emergency repairs
• Schedule, track, and ensure completion of required equipment inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements and Ledcor standards
• Assist in diagnosing faults and malfunctions; support the repair or replacement of defective parts, components, and systems as required
• Collaborate with maintenance supervision and construction teams to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, and operational requirements
