Heart Helper (Team Lead)

The Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre is currently seeking an individual for the position of Team Lead. Honouring the Spirit of Our Little Sisters is a six-bed, Indigenous program for sexually exploited girls and transgender youth 13‑17 years of age who require specialized care and a safe home environment to support their healing journey from sexual exploitation. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers a range of assessment and support services. All six beds run at a high rate of occupancy within short‑term and long‑term residency. The facility is a safe and nurturing environment where youth have the opportunity to experience a strong sense of caring, support and encouragement, while building capacity to achieve their dreams.
