Healthcare Operations Manager

WARPL — Walk Again Rehab is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage resources and staff, and ensure clinical excellence. The role owns compliance, patient experience, client management, and team coordination across the center, while working closely with the Clinical Head and Directors on reporting and performance.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to clinical and operational protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines; implement SOPs and drive team awareness.
• Conduct audits and process checks, facilitate internal/external audits, and maintain compliance documentation.

Patient Experience & Clinical Coordination

• Oversee the end-to-end patient journey — onboarding, assessment, treatment, and follow-up — coordinating with physiotherapists, doctors, and support staff to optimize scheduling and care quality.
